That's the 64,000 question. I am hoping people that DOC will actually answer from can get that information if we are part of the Dream exchange. The only reason, I could think of why it was not disseminated. That UNVC is trying to get financing in place for a launch into another exchange like Nasdaq. Change the exchange change all the paper work. Maybe also financiers that will underwrite in one exchange will play in a exchange that has not launched yet.
Doc should be able to tell us something .Putting all the subs in UNVC should be first. So far no what when and where like always.
