TY sparky. What stands out:
geared to businesses valued under 50mil (HRI itself is WAY over that; how will that work?)
and god I'm old -- I remember hearing about Archipelago...
these guys both have impressive bios and are good at explaining complex concepts
the stats re minority-owned businesses on an exchange
I hope they can keep the snakes out...
