Who said the building was purchased? No 8-K?
Does this building have to do with a solar panel manufacturing plant? Purchased before the completion of an insurance wrap analysis? No 8-K?
I haven't seen an 8-K from the company relating to the purchase of any building or real estate...have you?
This is most concerning since you have posted the same thing twice ...and on different message boards I believe.
