As I recall, the side effect of diarrhea came about after we began dosing at 700mg. One of the main reasons diarrhea occurred at 700mg is the maximum receptor occupancy was achieved somewhere under the 700 level. So with all of the extra foreign protein flowing around, the body flushed the plumbing.
Not really a safety concern, but a dosing datapoint.
