Why does it take two to do the work that John was doing. Move John to operations and wait until things are running properly. No one has ever said that the processors were 100% successful. The investors wanted a CEO to allow John to concentrate on the technology. Rauber hired Bogolin on his own to do what exactly. Then on top of that they pay the guy nearly $30,000 a month.
Why are you so quick to blame someone at the company for everything. New Technology, new company, issues of parts, issues with the feedstock, issues with delays.
Perhaps you thought that they should have known everything in advance.
