Quote:.
As you have pointed out for a few years now the company was/is insolvent
Company has and still is insolvent. Thus the language concerning possible bankruptcy in all filings
Quote:
Yet.
- Obtained funding for the 17 million Medrecycler-RI. project
The company could not get the tax exempt bond from ri so they had to use outside investor to secure the tax exempt bond and under another entity name
Quote:
- bringing that project from a concept to near reality while being insolvent
That "near reality" ended up with a total loss of assets and project lost millions of investment dollars
Quote:
- appealing the ruling of that midnight denial
[b ]Midnight denial or noontime denial...is just that...a denial. It was never going to happen after the PUBLIC knew "exactly" what was going to take place inside the facility. Company had 2 1/2 years earlier to educate the and bond with the community versus getting lost and gambling on politics with an unproven chemical waste processing plant adjacent to residential neighbors and a college campus .[/b]
Quote:
- has provided outdoor furniture to 3 states
Provided less than minimum required outdoor furniture. The company didn't/doesn't own the outdoor furniture in any of the states. The transit authorities own the furniture (benches & bus shelters. If you read the bids, you would know it was part of the contract. Dismal sales and management performance by the company led to a lost contract. Read the filings versus the initial press releases.
Quote:
- has developed partnerships with partners from Australia and Mexico
Develop partnerships that looked good in an initial press release. Where are they now? Will the company tell (not the excuses) you or anybody the status of Mexico and Australia? No they won't.
Quote:
- has gain the confidence of a Fortune 238 company to represent them around the globe.
Foxess is not a Fortune 238 company. You're getting it mixed up with it's startup subsidiary that is very new to the industry. Confidence is a test of time. Time has not been good for the company
Quote:
- has gain the confidence of IST to allow SNPW to put their name on their product
Yeah, this has been said numerous times as months and months go by and all we've seen is a tweet (of course) showing some SPP label mockup (not even on a solar panel). Don't fall for the "our panels" stuff. And someone needs to throw the company a little dough to see if those non-glass panels are certifiable. It's only been 3 yrs since patents were issued. Another bunch of press releases over non-glass panels and they're holding hands with a glass panel OEM out of Indonesia now??
Quote:
- is working on gaining someone confidence to loan them 50 million dollars to build a US Solar panel manufacturing facility.
So says the press releases. lol Have you read any of the old press releases over the past 5 years. Everybody seems to have confidence according to you. So, why do all of the projects never happen? Oh, I forgot the excuses post will follow this confidence post
Quote:
- even though to date Star Metro contract has not reach projection Star Metro continues to work with SNPW.
Quote:
Not even worth replying to. You'll be the last to find out. Just like the ri transit bust with the company's subsidiary. Company never informed the shareholders using the popular SEC-approved twitter megaphone. It was buried in the last 10-Q lol
Quote:
My expectation has never been everything a company says they will do happens, as I have stated many many times this is a developmental stage company.
Developmental stage for more than 5 years after a ridiculous failure rate with projects planned and announced. That's no "developmental stage". That's a slow and steady road to insolvency with no assets and no credit left .
Quote:
I do expect that everything they say they will TRY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN
Read the old press releases covering multiple projects over many years. It's worth reading them over and over. Then you can either continue to make excuses or make your determination about how hard they tried to make happen what they promoted to the the tunes of hundreds of millions in revenue.

Know what you own.
Hopefully, you own shares with at least four 0's in front of the issued share price .
[b ]But you do own "Q3 in the room". Your big day is soon with the 10-Q less than 2 weeks away. [/b]
in my humble opinion
cheers
