Company has and still is insolvent. Thus the language concerning possible bankruptcy in all filings
The company could not get the tax exempt bond from ri so they had to use outside investor to secure the tax exempt bond and under another entity name
That "near reality" ended up with a total loss of assets and project lost millions of investment dollars

Company had 2 1/2 years earlier to educate the and bond with the community versus getting lost and gambling on politics with an unproven chemical waste processing plant adjacent to residential neighbors and a college campus .[/b]
Provided less than minimum required outdoor furniture. The company didn't/doesn't own the outdoor furniture in any of the states. The transit authorities own the furniture (benches & bus shelters. If you read the bids, you would know it was part of the contract. Dismal sales and management performance by the company led to a lost contract. Read the filings versus the initial press releases.
Develop partnerships that looked good in an initial press release. Where are they now? Will the company tell (not the excuses) you or anybody the status of Mexico and Australia? No they won't.
Foxess is not a Fortune 238 company. You're getting it mixed up with it's startup subsidiary that is very new to the industry. Confidence is a test of time. Time has not been good for the company
Yeah, this has been said numerous times as months and months go by and all we've seen is a tweet (of course) showing some SPP label mockup (not even on a solar panel). Don't fall for the "our panels" stuff. And someone needs to throw the company a little dough to see if those non-glass panels are certifiable. It's only been 3 yrs since patents were issued. Another bunch of press releases over non-glass panels and they're holding hands with a glass panel OEM out of Indonesia now??

Developmental stage for more than 5 years after a ridiculous failure rate with projects planned and announced. That's no "developmental stage". That's a slow and steady road to insolvency with no assets and no credit left .
Read the old press releases covering multiple projects over many years. It's worth reading them over and over. Then you can either continue to make excuses or make your determination about how hard they tried to make happen what they promoted to the the tunes of hundreds of millions in revenue.
Hopefully, you own shares with at least four 0's in front of the issued share price .
