Well, what ever it is, this is not to encouraging. The selling of shares at a a lower pps every time is not what current shareholders want to see. I wonder why they are doing it now three weeks before earnings report. Could it be that, given market conditions, we are to expect a bad 3rd qtr earnings report which would drop pps even lower. So, do the offering now at a higher pps before 3rd qtr report comes out. The last time they announced an offering was right they had CC.
