The law that stopped the Medrecycler-RI was not the law of the land during the process now was it?

If you call it losing during the Medrecycler-RI appeal process, becoming a global partner for a Fortune 238 company subsidiary as a partner, while at the same time launching your own brand of Solar panels while planning to build a solar panel facility in the US, it is great to be a shareholder loser.
