Thought this might be helpful for those still getting their wheaties peed on.
It is what it is. Sh%t happens. Miscalculations, not assessing all of the risks upfront and not knowing the vulnerabilities, relating to a multi-million $ project, are critical mistakes. Nobody else to point the finger at. It's not the first business to not happen due to the power of the people ...and won't be the last.
Medi-ri debacle could explain why anyone looking at investing or funding this company would require an insurance wrap for another project that also includes a lease, equipment, assembly, public hearing(s) and permits and licenses?
