Lmao this time. You need to understand verbiage

Can you read the bold red letters? Do you understand what that means?
Quote:
"The purpose of this letter is to communicate the Department’s intent to approve the license pursuant to R.I.G.L. 23-18.9-9 and this letter is not the issuance of the facility license at this time. Rather, it is the result of a final review of your application"

Was this letter of intent before DEM got to hear the people speak? In other words, did the people that lived next door for years as taxpayers... finally have a say? Damn right they did! Sucks when the residents want to protect their families and property doesn't it?

Quote:
You do know what Final means.

Yeah, Final review letter means just that! You get it? Read this sentence again..."this letter is not the issuance of the facility license. So the issuance of a license must have required letting the public have a voice to express their concerns to the DEM. How did that work out? How could anyone on the planet NOT know this wasn't going to be an issue unless you don't know the area and the state. But, that's the law my friend.

No crying in business anyway. Horrible choice of location from the get-go. Nobody forced snpw to choose the location. Nobody forced snpw to spend approx 2 million on high lease rent. Nobody forced snpw to order a few million of equipment and spend 1/2 million or more on assembly etc. All these decisions, by who, before having a final approval at the state level in hand?

Please get over it. I'm waiting for those light tower with a solar panel on them to make this stock jump to .10 cents. lmao

in my humble opinion

cheers
