The Operating Companies are fully legible and licensed by the State of California. All companies
are profitable, debts free and having positive cash flow. The Tenant also has its own brands
of flower: Cookies in the Sky and Cookies Kush. Both brands are contracted and sold in
dispensaries in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, California. Cookies in the Sky and Cookies
Kush have a THC level ranging from 30-35%. The brand has been noted as in the top 10% of
