Everything revolves around money. Independently

Independently wealthy people involved in startups usually avoid the headaches of a public company.
The roving independent pump and dump groups destroy many of the companies they target. Thet targeted NNLX a few years ago after which it was diffIcult for NNLX to substantially raise money via stock issuance-the primary reason for a startup to go public. Not surprising at all.
At least NNLX had products and many patents-without which NNLX would probably have folded back then.
over 90% of startups fail and this kind of startup often takes a long time to get off the ground, for which it takes money.
Over the years NNLX has employed various intelligent methods to raise money -none of which have seemed to work.
I have no info re what is transpiring behind the scenes but it seems fundraising fatigue has set in -that ideas and or sources have run out of steam
either that or they are waiting for significant progress before illuminating us- something rare in the stock world, especially in subpink stocks
back taxes- if they still exist-on the CEO's home- plus the usual widespread Murphys law-especially in the light of these strange times (an incredible number of businesses have folded in the last few years)-makes it more likely they have suspended avenues of progress on new products.
That would leave the patented petri plates. Upgrading NNLX's otc status isnt necessary to sell the petri plates-though it would certainly help to sell the petri plates also.
Now that schools are open again they may have decided to concentrate on product commercialization of such to improve the bottom line.
Like us, directors officers Faros etc fronted a lot of time and money to push the new ventures forward without any successful commercialization.
So the decision may have been made to focus on the bottom line petri plates for now. If they are successful in doing so they may be able to avoid bankruptcy and eventually achieve internal profitability in order to fund new ventures/progress themselves. Instead of what must feel to them like going to the ends of the earth to move new products forward without success.
