They have 30 billion authorized shares and they used up everyone of them. The stock is in the toilet and any moment could be flushed down the drain. The sells of any of their products don't amount to dilly squat. Selling company wouldn't generate any funds for shareholders only creditors and lawyers may get a triclkle. Like you I don't see anything positive coming out of all this. I don't have any gains to apply a tax loss benefit. I should have known better to get involved with a pink sheet company with billions of shares outstanding. A friend told me about it and advised me to join him in the venture without me doing any due diligence. My bad. I'm thinking of getting the stock certificate to frame and give as a gag gift to someone I don't like.
