Scary sign when promotions fall on deaf ears? Duck
Post# of 13229

Why are the fireworks turning into duds?
Doesn't it appear that the company has tried every angle with respect to self-promoted press releases relating to hundreds of millions of projected revenue across various planned projects, over the past 4 years, that have never happened?
Is this fact a coincidence? We've heard a plethora of excuses for false start projects around the globe. The excuses have been conflicting when considering these boneyard projects, since 2018, had named global partners and supposed funding, in place, or in the works. Quarter after quarter with peanuts for revenue.
The same promotional strategy seems to be going on now for the 5th or 6th time since 2018. But, nothing appears to be different than previous 6 to 9 month long promotions. Not one company shareholder teleconference call? Company relying on tweets with pictures of other companies' facilities and equipment. Is anything real? That's for you to decide.

The duck test is a form of abductive reasoning, usually expressed as "If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck." The test implies that a person can identify an unknown subject by observing that subject's habitual characteristics. It is sometimes used to counter abstruse arguments that something is not what it appears to be.
