Moses was say head over Israel, but King Cyrus was king of Persia, enemies of one another, and remain so to this day. Daniel would not bow down to their king Nebuchanezzar.
However, Persian, King Cyrus rescued Moses' people from being held in Persia, they were not his own people he freed.
NP is a better analogy for Moses as he led his shareholders as wanderers in the desert.
Cyrus Arman is a better analogy for King Cyrus of Persia, because rescue is in sight.
