Largest Health Care Fraud Settlement in Its History ... " have agreed to pay $2.3 billion, the largest health care fraud settlement in the history of the Department of Justice, to resolve criminal and civil liability arising from the illegal promotion of certain pharmaceutical products" (link #1)

Holy crap, batman, that's a lotta money !!! The investigation and prosecution was about a drug called Bextra (anti-inflammatory) that was pulled from the market in 2005 for misbranding. Misbranding ??? It took the so-called Justice Dept. 17 yrs to issue the largest fine to-date of $2.3 billion. And, to add insult to injury, not a peep, not a single word, about any money going to the victims.

Go to #2 link. The total PROFIT for 4 yrs, 2019-2022, is $179 billion. From 2005 to 2018 is 14 yrs. Let's assume $20 billion profit, nah, let's make it $10 billion. So, for 14 yrs, Pfizer pulled in $140 billion. Add this to $179 billion to get $319 billion . But the DOJ is 'bragging' about issuing a whopping, HISTORIC!, $2.3 billion fine.

The mind reels. This is one company 'misbranding' one drug. It took the DOJ and numerous other agencies 17 yrs to work it all out. What other shenanigans are going on w/ Pfizer? And there are other companies doing the very same thing. This is what BIEL is up against. And yet, it took us forever and a day to jump thru all the FDA hoops (rings of fire) and now we are fighting to get insurance coverage having to go thru a hellishly ambiguous process. Wanna bet Bextra was covered by insurance? Yea, nothing to see here, eh?

#3) https://www.rxlist.com/bextra-drug.htm#description - go here if you dare.

Bextra (NSAID, anti-inflammatory) is a prescription medicine used to treat the symptoms of Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Dysmenorrhea.

Actipatch and RecoveryRx both work incredibly well in reducing inflammation. And for the above conditions. In 20 yrs and millions of user hours, there has not been a single adverse reaction. But the insurance companies need to be extra careful (for the publics' good, no doubt).

Usury (charging of interest on money loaned) is the root cause of all the world's financial problems.

FOLLOW. THE. MONEY. !!!
