Why would the promise of drilling all of a suddenÂ

Why would the promise of drilling all of a sudden make the PPS go up?  Why would Pistol being on site make the PPS go up?  You might not have been here last year when they promised to drill SJ1 and SJ2 in Belize and then Madeley in Texas and they did indeed complete those wells.  I think those PR's did make the PPS go up at that time but IMO that won't happen again.  The PPS has dropped substantially since those drilling milestones and announcements.  Why?  Drilling doesn't offer proof of production and especially in TECO's case and especially thanks to their past style of PR'ing nonsense.  IMO the only way big money will come into TECO is when any BPD hits the TRRC reports and/or the filings.  I'm not talking only 60 BPD.  They need to show and prove "cash flow positive".  Cash flow positive has been talked the talk to death so time to walk the walk and file a 10Q showing cash flow positive.  That won't be until much later this year after maybe 2nd or 3rd 10Q.  Sorry I can't help myself!
