Nowhere is it written that 'cholesterol is evil', that our bodies manufacture it evidence of it's necessity. Too much of it and especially too much of the wrong kind is the problem. Sitting around on your fat ass is also problematic as it relates to the 'good cholesterol'.
A simple distinction that, like so many other things, eludes you.
