I dont hate the company, in a personal sense. The cancer research, $500m etc.. ok, how'd that work out
I've warned about gnbt for quite some time, even while the stock was high flying and received heavy pushback.
I knew JM didnt do a lick of due diligence on acquisitions or much of anything else.
I viewed the toxic financings gnbt was forced to take on for lack of alternatives. This doesnt happen much with companies having all the attributes you claim gnbt has
I observed the persona of JM on calls and in person, alienating most everyone in his path, from funders to CEOs to SEC examiners
and frankly, Im not the one here holding worthless shares of stock. In fact, my last comment regarding the stock was:

Dont know whats holding the stock price up but .05 seems like a gift.
I dont believe gnbt is an operating company anymore, they have no options for funding that doesnt annihilate the share price and burdened with debt they cant pay.
I know many still hold out hope and you never know, but its not hard to read the tea leaves
