Please stop with the $500m valuation. So many cant understand why this or that didnt happened with an asset like that. The explanation is as simple and logical as can be.
Its not worth $500m period! Not in the same galaxy
None of it added up, ever, except as a marketing tool to suck investors in
Borrowing off that asset or selling it solves all gnbt's and nugens problems. JM could pay himself a huge salary, ditto for the execs, theyd have tons of cash to prosecute olaregen, make more stupid acquisitions and the rest .
Instead, they chose to throw it all away and abandon ship? Come on!
Why didnt gnbt have a market valuation in the 100's of millions? Nah, it was $5-10m. Was every professional too dumb to recognize the arbitrage?
After years of JMs bs, a broke company, a share price in the trips and still, some looking for the silver lining, a ray of hope
