1) IF 10/10 (Belle start date) was not on track, Eric would've blogged about it, stating reasons and a new start date. No blog means that he's on track to finish the movie by the end of October.
At some point this month, he will announce the 3 or 4 A-list star cast, and that should strongly-reflect in the share price.
2) Form-10 is also expected this month
3) MyFlix soft-launch is also expected this month.

Due to scheduling issues that often occur with high-profile / high-demand performers, the availability for this performer commences Oct. 10. This does not impact our wrap date for the film in October - it just moves some of the "Belle Starr" performer scenes further into the film's production schedule.
Another important point from the last blog (Eric has completed ALL of his F10 tasks):
This comment presupposes that HHSE management has not previously completed all tasks for the Form 10 - and that all required items are not already in the hands of the outside suppliers to complete. Rest assured: if there were anything still remaining for HHSE Management to complete for the registration, it would be our sole focus.
