Hero Technologies Inc (OTCMKTS:HENC) – Cannabis company Hero Technologies Inc which is engaged in creating a ‘seed to sale’ cannabis operation was in the news on Thursday following a key statement.
The company announced yesterday that it was in the process of creating a 424(b)(3) prospectus supplement for the purpose of an amendment of its S-1 registration statement. The company is going for the amendment so remove the 80 million shares that had been offered for $.05 a share. However, it should be noted that any shares already issued are going to exempt from cancellation.
