You should definitely hear the interview of Dr. Lalezari from last December once again. He basically described how great Leronlimab is and how disastrous and incompetent the management was. Yes, Dr. Kelly was part of the disaster.

Of course Kelly has insight of the problems of the past, because he caused most of the problems (beside Nader).

1. Who do you think should have had oversight or is responsible for the AMAREX disaster? We spend millions of dollars and they did literally no check on the quality of the AMAREX work because either they were too lazy or they were not able (lack of knowledge) to perform any quality control (then what were they doing anyway beside collecting pay check after pay check). I can remember when the FDA slapped us in the face for the first time, because of the poor HIV BLA quality, how Nader an Kelly lied straight to our faces, that this are only minor problems. Years later we are finally suing them and we have still not filed the BLA.

2. For years he was talking about how Cytodyn will becomes a cancer company and how important the cancer trials are and how they will file break through designation once we have the results. Then in the last call it was like "ah fuck it, the trial size is too small to do anything with the results yet". Also when they tried to file the first time for triple negative breast cancer break through designation the FDA said that the standard of care drug has changed and they should f*** off. Know the basics. Wasn't that kind of the job of Kelly (CMO) to know those things? He does not know the basics of his job.

3. The company got sued a few years ago, since Nader and Kelly granted (with the BOD) themselves millions of shares because of "performance/ successes" in the cancer area. Yeah well how did this work out?

Kelly is the biggest red flag I have with Cytodyn. I hope to get rid of this ballast is on top of Cyruses agenda, once he gets CEO.
