Univec,Inc Acquisition of Mental Health Clinics
Owings Mills, MD. August 16, 2021 - Univec, Inc. (OTCMarkets:UNVC) is pleased to announce the signing of a binding term sheet for the acquisition of accredited outpatient mental health centers in Maryland. These centers are community based centers which provide outpatient mental health counseling treatment for substance abuse and other ancillary services. The acquisition will add in excess of $17million in topline revenue to Univec and is expected to close on or around September 30, 2021 subject to final due diligence and valuation.
Its shy of 9 days being 14 months, we haven't heard a thing from our CEO which violates OTC rules, but that can all change unless Dalton starts coming clean because we are allowed to make copies of everything and make them public.
Dalton loves to leave things so it appears its a done deal, like the Nurish.Me deal it never took place, Nurish.Me told me they never intended to put CBD in any of there products..
This is my stock the same as others claim its theirs, they say they know what they own but i never see it posted.
I totally believe it is time he is held accountable for misleading and lying to shareholders
