If you look at the transcript of the call, Cyrus never once mentioned the SEC and DOJ.

Neither did Cyrus use the word "hurdle" or "investigation."

Instead, Anthony stated:
"The company continues to cooperate with regulatory authorities with regards to the ongoing SEC and DOJ investigation."

Also worth noting he didn't pluralize the word investigation like you did.

It was indicated long ago that Cytodyn is not necessarily the target of any investigation. For all we know, it could be into Andrew Left or Citron.

Therefore, to my original point, without more knowledge about that whole subject, what's the benefit of discussing it here?
