Sure Janice. You are a plethora of inconsistencies. First you say that the CRGP transactions must be old holders dumping. But then you say that you are aware that nearly all of the transactions for the past year have been my buying. So your first statement was a blatant lie….presumably to subtly discourage anyone else from thinking this might be worth looking at. You reveal your agenda more and more everyday.

What I find curious about this ticker is the years long “surveillance” of this message board by people that allegedly have no skin in the game and are adamant that the ticker is “dead”. Well, if it were truly dead, then none of us would be here would we.

You are really sensitive on this topic aren’t you? It 100% has a bid/ask, but it is not publicly quoted, as per the rules. However, people can call their brokers and ask at what prices they could put a transaction through…because broker/dealers have access to that information. This is just simple a simple fact.
As has been discussed a million times, the SEC rule you love to quote does NOT prohibit trading in Expert Market stocks. US brokerages have just collectively and arbitrarily decided to prohibit buying in these stocks…but they have no issue whatsoever with clients selling at rock bottom prices…probably because it allows them to cover any short air shares or establish their own long positions, but that part is just my opinion. The rest is FACT.
