My experience with several litigations during my c

My experience with several litigations during my career is one of delay. Some involved insurance company's but the most recent was a customer who owes my company $50,000 for work performed. This person, with his attorney have skillfully delayed payment for a year. The others were often several years later even though it had been show they were at fault. This leads me to believe it will not be a matter of just showing them they are guilty and they will roll over and pay. They too have attorneys which will the guide them into how to hold onto their millions or tens of millions.
It will take a court order to make them see otherwise which I can only imagine will be a long time in coming. Hope I am wrong .
