Sean: Piercing the corporate veil to create vicarious liability against a parent company (NSF) is a classic example of complex business litigation where both the facts and the skill of the individual litigators weigh heavily. I do not think anyone on this board has access to enough information regarding these pivotal factors to offer a reliable prediction as to the final outcome. I certainly don't. That said, the potential recoverable damages are enormous if liability can be established against NSF and lost profits can be shown with the requisite level of proof .
As a CYDY shareholder, I naturally would love to see such a recovery, but it strikes me that, at least from my vantage point, there are a lot of moving parts that will have to fit in place for that to happen. I hope the SA litigation team handling our claims against Amarex/NSF has already eliminated many of those moving parts, but they won't be issuing any press releases to let us know. This is obviously a very important matter, but I suggest we wait as patiently as possible for more info to be released regarding its ongoing status.
