I now suspect the basher / scammer that got .0006s is trying to use them on the ask at .0006 to dupe people to fill .0005s.
Jun 4 > Sep 8 nobody had got Public Offering .0005s in 96 days.
The previous 3 x 90M increases back to March had each been bought out 5 times over in the respective months.
