Okay, folks let's forget the lawsuits ..we've seen enough of those. Cyrus was very clear on the direction we are going in the near term...NASH and Oncology...ALL else according to the MPV analysis is for a later date...Also, they are performing an audit of the quality of the Amarex data set...purely to assess the probability that IIIF the BLA submission had been COMPLETED, it would pass an FDA-type GCP audit.
That would also be ammunition... for the SA crowd to further punish Amarex/NSF.
