"I am furious about Dr. Kelly's answer about right to try. Nader may have screwed up the company in many ways but he has compassion for the patients and knows he must help where he can. If cytodyn cannot participate in right to try for some other reason than it is so much work, they need to be honest about it. People need the drug yesterday and cytodyn blew it with covid and is still blowing it with HIV. If Cyrus wants to assure things are better now, get HIV done now."
I am with you on this. As I recall the LL inventory has some percentage of that inventory bumping on shelf life issues. If that is accurate is CYDY ok with possibly trashing some of the vulnerable inventory as opposed to using it in lifesaving Right to Try processes? I understand the drain on manpower RtT has previously imposed, but it seems to me with the apparent demand RtT might be able to financially support new employees who can process that demand without infringing on other critical efforts. RtT may not provide additional data to support approval, but I'm confident it could save numerous lives.
