This is golden. Pure genius. I call it the Ali

I call it the Alix Traeger model.
She could sell anything and did on Market. Wasn't her own products before as you could get them on Amazon, Target, etc. I know, I looked.
Now imagine she uses certain products and it passionate about them that are offered on Market, but maybe that company doesn't have an influencer or someone to sell. Of course they can run out, interview people and hope for the best with a lot of legwork OR that model is filled. Amazon was using the model in the beginning where you had to pay for their 'actors' that knew zero about your products. It didn't go over well.
With this model top influencers come to them and say, I can sell a boat load of your products. Zero risk to you. Just pay me when I do through Market.Live.
Here's the 'kicker' but let me expand on what Rory said...

Under this new program, creators and influencers can choose their favorite products from among tens of thousands of products from almost 300 brands and retailers on MARKET – right - choose them from the brands that are already on MARKET - choose those products – and then feature those products in the videos they are already creating – with one major difference – their fans and followers can actually buy those products in those videos - and the creators and influencers - they’re going to get paid for doing so – they can receive anywhere from 5% to 20% of the gross sales that they generate - and best of all – for them - they don’t have to make any investment in the inventory – they don’t have to have any relationship with the manufacturers or the brands and retailers, and they don’t have to hassle with doing any of the fulfillment, they don’t have to do any of the picking, the packing, the shipping – that is all done for them.
The brand HAS to be on Market. Now if you are a brand, let's say a big brand and want to take advantage of this, you have to sign up for Market.
If visions of BestBuy, Target and other companies are popping into your head, the lightbulb clearly went off. Not only will this attract a lot of creators and influencers, but it will attract a lot of big brands.
Was thinking, why haven't these big brands like Bestbuy, Target and others done a Live event yet. What are they waiting for? Now we know. These big brands are setup to let the influencers pick the products that they want to sell, from their inventory.
What an easy way for big brands to get exposure, marketing and sales. They really don't have to lift a finger except to populate their stores and figure out sales commission.
That's not to say, they won't run out, rent a studio, hire some actors and host live events themselves like many of the smaller companies you see do weekly. But the model Verb is doing, NO ONE else has.
I really like this quote...

As you’ve heard me say previously, this is a numbers game. Since our revenue is function of the number of sales that take place on the platform, all of these initiatives are designed to attract more and more viewers that become shoppers on the platform, which in turn attracts more and more sellers to the platform, and so on, as each feeds the other – the more sellers on the platform, the more shoppers on the platform, and the more shoppers on the platform, the more sellers on the platform. It’s an eco-system.
Sellers bring in viewers. Viewers turn into shoppers. The more viewers, the more sellers there will be. The more sellers, the more viewers will be attracted to the platform. This eco-system as the recipe to expand exponentially quickly as evident of 300 vendors on the platform in 2 months.

So, we believe we can attract as many as 1,000 active sellers to MARKET, each of whom have large followings, by this time next year – possibly, possibly, many, many more. And then, on even the most modest revenue assumptions from each seller, we believe this represents a meaningful, meaningful enhancement to our revenue, which we believe should lead to a higher share price
I like this timeline. 1000 influencers is a crazy number that will send sales soaring. Remember, even 10 to start would be great and I'd be extremely impress next year if they had 100, let alone 1,000. Influencers are itching for a way to monetize what they do best.
I thought this recent article was investing. Seems like sell on Market.Live easier for everyone all around and influencers can make more money if they are good.

Remember, influencers with 100K or 1M followers will bring a lot of viewers to the platform and a certain percentage will buy.
