Italy is hurting itself if it renounces natural gas from Russia because of the war in Ukraine, Giorgia Meloni...
Giorgia Meloni said if Rome “cut off gas supplies, industrial production stops within two or three months, and that is not self-sacrifice but suicide.”
Meloni stressed that her party had never supported an embargo on gas from Russia.

I can think of no better entity to be disloyal to than the state but the state is comprised of psychopaths just as there's psychopaths outside government. Both groups working hand in glove for our demise.

who do you think runs most of the enviro orgs?
the sierra club has a person named goldstein running around california trying to get cities off fossil fuels and making natural gas illegal in all new construction.
in the bigger picture, whoever did this is very simpatico with the bolshevics in the sierra club, that hates fossil fuels, nuclear, clean and abundant drinking water, and most of the people that depend on these things.
the goals are the same, different locations, the tools are different (lawfare vs bombs) for now.
the EU was also becoming a lost cause for ESG and renewables, so there was no use decarbonizing them willingly any more, war and force and terrorism against fossil infrastructure are now in full stride, in both europe and the us if everyone’s been paying attention.
