if we're truly playing conservative ball with the FDA now (which is the right move in my opinion), and communicate to the market about this hold, would we really pull the banner premature to having it lifted? that's no different than communicating to the market that the FDA has lifted the hold.
if we did remove the banner just based on submitting data (but not based on the FDA accepting and lifting the hold), that's a dumb move - it would remind me of Nader days, and could easily piss off the FDA once again. remember, we have people like Tanya Urbach watching things now - no way she makes a dumb move like that.
