Why in the world would Cytodyn put the blue banner

Why in the world would Cytodyn put the blue banner warning on their web site all on their own? That would be the most insane level of poor marketing ever. The fda insisted on it. We don’t need proof of it. There is no other explanation. If withdrawing the s3 offering was just cleaning up the useless past offerings, why did the not do it months ago? Why now? As for the share compensation, it is part of their compensation. If it was a money grab they would be in serious sec hot water. I would not read into that part at all.
