“You are confusing restricted/unrestricted with O/S. The O/S did not go up 7,990,282.
What happened was some restricted shares had their legends removed, that is all.
That needs to be done so they can sell the shares on the open market.
If I had restricted shares, I would also have the legends removed as soon as they become eligible. I believe the filings tell who owns restricted shares”
