Believing ONE WORD of what PD says is fatal to your wallet. He's the clown who PUMPED that Encompass garbage right into zero volume and bankruptcy after telling lemmings for YEARS it was going to be big,getting off of pink sheets and onto NASDAQ etc.
That a$$hat should be under investigation.
