Sometimes the Big Voice does more than tell the story, they are the bulwark rallying to the cause, like Churchill during the Battle of Britain, who did more than just talk…he was well known for being a presence on the ground, with the people in the immediate aftermath of the bombings in London, or the bombing of Coventry where 300 German bombers killed over 500 civilians. He worked the back-channels with Roosevelt and bolstered the RAF who if they capitulated would have laid down the red carpet for a different outcome. A leader does more than talk, they lead. Longs are fatigued and could use some encouragement, some specifics and a plan IN MOTION. I want Cyrus to not only speak, but speak about progress underway that inspires confidence and hope. Give us the Churchill look Cyrus, cigar, brandy, smile and wit in the bargain…this Wednesday!
