What does the person "loading" know that we don't

What does the person "loading" know that we don't or is it the same old ongoing speculation of 3 years now?  IR can't give me specifics and others can't give me specifics due to insider trading laws.  I've had very close to specifics in the past that turned out to be useless to the PPS.  Loading to me is 10mm shares and and 40mm volume days like we had  for two days in January,2012 after the Belize oil strike PR.  I'm looking forward to the institutional buying and the big boys next time I buy.  Not a total days worth of volume in the 3mm-6mm  range with a new AS of 1.3B.  That volume won't do chit for the PPS while Treaty is under attack and continues to be.
