Dr. Dalton is a shareholder too and it is also in his best interest to create shareholder value, which he will. I am thinking with your continued negative rhetoric you are probably no longer a shareholder or at least one holding any significant number of shares. I am guessing your attorney that you have been in communications with will gladly take your money.
