CEO Brian Thom will likely announce the prospectus filed Friday 9/23 with a Monday pr and announce this funding will initiate the production and manufacturing phase to meet FDA information requests. JMO! I suspect the production partner has already initiated the manufacturing production phase and the process is in place working with RCA.
