But do you think all the recent Paulson investors would be okay with Cytodyn employees purposely suppressing the SP. I believe my question represents 240 million shares newly available to trade in the open market according to the recent S-3s (8/23 @ 208 million shares, and 9/14 @ 36 million shares, if memory serves)?
With former Paulson attorney Tanya Urbach ushered in to see Nader out, I’d guess that Paulson group might have an opinion about suppressing SP. I dunno what it is. But that’s my question.
Maybe some here are those recent purchasers and can enlighten.
