I still don't see how your suggestion makes sense. Now you are saying they are not really submarining the company.... they're doing great work but aren't sharing it with the stockholders in order to keep the share price down, simply to enrich themselves.
This would be venality. Not bribery, and not graft, but corruption all the same.
I think the explanation for the silence is simple. The FDA for whatever reason slapped CYDY's corporate hands for what they saw (or pretended to see) as unfounded claims. Basically NP mouthed off too much. In reaction the new management is not saying a damn thing, doing everything they can to play by the rules. No talking at the back of the class! It is not fun to have to wait for news. It doesn't make anyone love the new management. But maybe their silence an overreaction to the FDA's almost prissy annoyance. But I really don't think the idea behind management silence is to line their own pockets.
