SFRX violated the permit and Timmy the PM admitted that. In Sept 2014 they salvaged a buckle they weren’t supposed to on Area 2.
Then, in late 2020 and just a few weeks after Kyle claims the Toy is ready to go, they go and recover about a dozen fittings WITHOUT permission, just as they did with the buckle.
But it was Parsons fault, right? The Baer instructed them to recover the fittings, not Parsons.
No one is holding a gun to SFRX’s head and making them stay on Melbourne, but it’s been a good to raise capital so why leave, huh?
When there’s no progress, blame the state……again.
