The wreck they blew off and several others just happened to be in the vicinity of where the Primary Target was believed to be, as was an airplane. They were all in the Target Area established by research.
All the wrecks will be inspected, and if one that isn’t the Primary Target has visible valuable cargo, they’ll take the appropriate steps. They know what to look for.
They won’t come up with some fairy tale like, the treasure is 5 miles away or the worms ate the wreck and pooped on the treasure if the signs aren’t there that it held a valuable cargo.
The Timmy Toy ain’t gonna do the work for you. You still need to know how to locate a wreck with valuable cargo and the right legal profile.
SFRX’s not shown they know how to do that.
Applicant has amended the description of the goods to more accurately describe its characteristics. Specifically, the SEASEARCHER remotely operated vehicles do not search for sites. Rather, the vehicles are deployed to pre-identified sites. The primary purpose of the vehicles is to collect data at the pre-identified sites.
