PTAB approved the 4th patent today so the Intel Corporation could not prove that they unpatentable, just amazing after all these years. They (Intel) were unsuccessful in every damn claim line of each patent. So this leaves us with a clear path in dealing with a settlement at minimum.
So today 9/16/22 also to be noted was Intel's last rebuttal to have Judge Alan Albright finally dismiss our court case w/prejudice. Now as some know it was all about "ALICE" basically 2 cases verse 2 cases and the Alice step 1 and 2 balance weight scale gain the benefit of the doubt simply because too much knowledge was missing due to the complexities of our patents however even though prior actions created a dismissal we quickly moved in a direction to prove Alice Steps 1 and 2 do not apply. Today's actions in court with Intel presenting their "Custer's Last Stand" event is going to fail for clear reasons, the PTAB has proved without doubt Alice step 1 and 2 do not apply to our patents.
Problem???? I hope not but somehow Judge Albright must allow HDC to use the original case number so we don't lose priority date on damages nor the massive documentations that is going to cause the Intel Corporation treble damages. Originally the math came to $600 MM and maybe so but I personally felt $200 - $400MM. You can figure X3 as to treble damages.
Now our company (HDC) is basically history meaning no real future but the damn hype and court actions and or settlement is going to make this stock attractive within the next 60 days.
Why am I not pumping this stock to everyone? I figure if a fellow investor or trader wanted any information from me they would simply ask. Now of course I'm a very opinionated person and sometimes they don't know shit
