Thanks for sharing.
On one hand, it is very sobering and hi-lights the risks inherent with investing in China. On the other hand, it is encouraging given the "collaboration" that PangBo has demonstrated with government partners over the past year.
I tend to see the glass half-full mind you... JMO.
