That's the kind of non sequitor, association is causation, 'thinkng' I've come to expect from you.
All of those people, all of us, may have heredetary strenghths, weaknesses, that predispose them, us, to certain outcomes.
Abstention from use or consumption of a product, or abuse of same, are the unknowns for everyone of your examples.
It's just a list to make those who dont want to take responsibility for their health feel better about their bad choices.
