That would has close to 61 million shares added. this would implode the stock. I don't think we will see forum 4 to the stock rises and 1.7 million dollar conversion is a lot less stock. I take it as a positive sign that he believes the stock will rise soon. But reducing debt by paying you sell back is not ideal it still seems positive overall
