In July, Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz gave a deposition in Florida that was not very flattering for this administration.
We are finally getting to see snippets of the deposition, and Ortiz will probably be lucky if he holds on to his job.
The bombshell this time… he openly states that the things Joe Biden is doing at the border are things he has not seen in the more than three decades he has worked for the agency.

You could almost see on his face that Ortiz was happy to get this information out there.
Ortiz was talking about a memo he sent about the ending of Title 42.
On the subject of the memo, Ortiz summarized, “It’s a memorandum that I signed on May 19th, 2022, and it discusses the non-citizen releases from our custody.”
The overall gist of the order was that the administration did not want to see the overcrowding that was captured on film and video during the Obama and Trump administrations.
So, illegals were being set free to prevent overcrowding.
